Cute, rustic, 3 season cabin (Not in the Winter), located on 2 separate lots, amidst the pines. Borders BLM land to the west. Cozy living room with dining area with antler chandelier, has incredible views to the north, is kept warm with a propane, freestanding fireplace and walks out to an inviting covered front porch. The efficient kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, electric range/oven and a refurbished antique wood/coal stove. The larger bedroom holds a double bed and the smaller bedroom has a built in single bed. Cabin has a paid for water tap to the district but not brought into the house. They use an above ground cistern with an on surface water line to the house, which is boosted to the kitchen sink and shower by a pump and hot water is provided by an instant on water heater, located in the crawl space. Sink and shower drain gray water to the ground--there is no septic. Cabin has an interior incinerator toilet and there is a composting toilet in the storage shed. HOA is voluntary and tied to water system. Voluntary annual fee. Water tap is paid, but not connected to the house. Total glamping experience without pitching a tent--ready for summer fun and relaxation!! Tie into the water system, insulate the house and install a septic and you are ready for year round use.
